Built from the inside out.
For a long time, I was the person who needed someone to hold the space. Someone steady. Someone who could see the bigger picture when I couldn't. I found that — and it changed everything.
I understand what it feels like to be capable and overwhelmed at the same time. To have vision without structure. To want to grow but not know where to start. To long for belonging in rooms that weren't built for you.
I also know what happens when the right support shows up. When someone helps you build a foundation that actually fits. Not perfection. Not a rigid system. A sustainable one — that honors who you are, where you're going, and what you're actually capable of.
That's what eventually led me to serve as Co-Director at the Women's Center for SoulCARE alongside Janie Seltzer — whose life's work creates space for women to find their own grounding. This is also where my own grounding lives. And it's why I'm honored to be part of it.
