In fact, if you have seen me at an event, passed me in a hallway, or caught me in a group setting — and I seemed quiet, a little reserved, maybe even hard to read — I want you to know something: that is not distance. That is how I am built.
I am an introvert. A slow processor. Someone who takes in a lot before speaking, and who does her best work one-on-one, in the unhurried conversation, in the quiet detail. If you have ever felt overlooked in a room full of big personalities — I understand that more than you know. And if you found your way here, you are exactly the kind of person I show up fully for.

For more than twenty years, I have had the privilege of walking with people through meaningful decisions, major life transitions, and seasons that required both wisdom and trust. Much of that journey began in real estate — and I learned early on that the work was never only about property. It was about people, families, timing, stewardship, and the courage it takes to make wise decisions in moments that feel genuinely overwhelming.
Over time, that work grew into something broader. The same gifts I used to guide clients through real estate decisions — listening carefully, organizing complexity, creating clarity in the middle of chaos, and helping people move forward with peace — turned out to be the same gifts I was called to use in business, leadership, consulting, and ministry-centered work.
Today my work brings together real estate, business systems and operations, leadership development, and soul-centered support for women and professionals seeking more than success on paper. I help people build with clarity, structure, and peace — not by handing someone a formula, but by helping them recognize what is already being formed in their life, their work, and their calling.
"I became the person who builds the structure because I know what it costs to live without it."
My own story has included seasons of change, surrender, courage, and starting again. Moving from Rhode Island was one of those significant markers. More than a move — it was a step of obedience. A willingness to leave what was familiar, and a deeper invitation to trust where God was leading. I arrived in Carlsbad with more questions than answers, and what I found here has shaped everything since.
I am also a mother, and while that part of my life is deeply personal, it has shaped me in ways that touch every dimension of my work. Motherhood deepened my sense of responsibility, my desire to build things that last, and my commitment to creating work that serves not just the present moment, but the future.
I have done all the things. I still do them.
But what I have learned is this:
No strategy can replace a foundational relationship with God.
Not a checkbox. Not inherited belief.
Not faith you reference when things fall apart.
A relationship that shapes how you decide, lead, rest, and serve.
That is the shift that changes everything.
Another meaningful part of my journey is my role as Co-Director of the Women's Center for SoulCARE alongside founder Janie Seltzer. Through relationship, trust, and shared vision, I stepped into a role that allows me to support women in tending to their souls, their leadership, and their lives with greater care.
That work has become an extension of what I most deeply believe: that peace is possible, wholeness matters, and no woman should have to lose herself in the process of building, leading, or serving.

20+ years walking with people through meaningful decisions
Not guilt. Not pressure. Just a quiet sense of recognition — that is exactly where we start. There is no wrong reason to reach out. A real estate question, a business challenge, a sense that something needs to shift, or simply wanting to know if I am a real person before you take the next step.
I am. And I am much better in a real conversation than I am from a distance.
